Easy like Sunday Morning
Yoga & Brunch

(Once a month)

Waken your Sunday Morning with a warming Yoga Flow, with the opportunity to advance your practice or learn right from the beginning. Work through some sun salutations and an awaking flow to feel revitalised and energised for the day ahead.

Yoga is followed with a tasty Brunch upstairs in the cafe!

All levels welcome.

Wednesday Slow Flow

(Every week)
7.15 - 8.15 pm

Unwind every Wednesday evening in a class for a ashtanga/vinyasa themed yoga flow. This class helps you to find stillness and connect with your breath. but also provides an energetic and warming practice. It’s a combination of both movement and stillness, energy and relaxation and is the perfect end to your evening.

All levels welcome.
